What comes inside a MyEduCrate box?
Every single crate comes with educational items that support the theme of the month. We’ll always include a product card with more details about the items we’ve chosen for you, as well as tips on how to make the most of each box.
When is my MyEduCrate mailed to me?
MyEduCrate
begins shipping out on the 20th of each month! In order to receive the current month's crate orders must be placed before the 20th. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box's progress.
How does re-billing work?
When you sign up to
MyEduCrate
you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen (1, 3, 6, 12 months). Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle until you decide to cancel your subscription. Re-billing takes place on the 30th of the month.
How much does MyEduCrate cost?
You have the option of choosing to pay on a month-to-month basis starting at $39.95 USD, or pay upfront (with discounts applied). Please be aware that renewal is automatic on the 30th of each month until you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account at MyEduCrate.org. From there, you will see a list of active subscriptions. Click EDIT to get into the subscription and then click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Cancelations must take place by 11:59 on the 29th of the month before the renewal date. If not, you will be billed for any remaining subscriptions in your cycle, and your subscription will renew.
